Adding code blocks to Blogger

While working on my blog, I quickly discovered a need to provide quick highlighting to code snippets. While the facility is in blogger to create custom HTML, I'm quite lazy and searched for a way to make life easier.
I found this following article, and it led me to a couple of great resources for automating syntax highlights, etc.
